Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you need to reschedule your appointment. But, if we're given less than 12 hours notice, it can be difficult to fill the space, especially if you haven't contacted us to let us know. For this reason we have a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service.

No Show Policy

If you don't attend your appointment, without giving us notice we will unfortunately have to charge you on your next visit. Each slot is valuable to us and our clients.

We understand there can be special circumstances that prevent you from making an appointment, but please, try your best to attend, and be on time. Where this isn't possible, please give as much notice as you can.
